Advice
The information and any treatment suggested consist of Taylors Training TAILS personal views and are based on the information given to Taylors Training TAILS by the client or person responsible for the animal(s) and or Taylors Training TAILS own conclusion resulting from personally gained evidence of the animal and the related behavioural problems.
Treatment plans, for the most part, will only be successful after a period of time. They require a good deal of patience. Taylors Training TAILS cannot guarantee this will work, as each animal is an individual case, nor is it possible to foresee any other problems arising due to the treatment. All programs are specific to a particular animal and should not be tested on other pets.
Taylors Training TAILS encourages clients to contact their veterinarian before putting the actions into effect. If they are concerned. By booking Taylors Training TAILS training services, you agree to these terms and conditions. No refund is available once booked and the first consultation has taken place. By booking, you will agree to keep the date and time. There needs to be a minimum of 48 hours’ notice given to amend the day/time of a consultation/training session.
Taylors Training TAILS reserves the right to cancel or change an appointment at any time by notice with immediate effect, without cause.
These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between Taylors Training TAILS ("the Provider") and the dog owner ("the Client") for the provision of home boarding services.
All bookings must be confirmed with a completed booking form and deposit.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dog’s place.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the start of the boarding period.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, including:
Core vaccines (parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis)

Taylors Training TAILS reserves the right to refuse boarding if the dog shows signs of illness, infestation, or unfit behaviour.
Dogs must be sociable and non-aggressive towards people and other dogs (unless agreed otherwise in writing).
Any behavioural issues must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Taylors Training TAILS reserves the right to refuse or terminate boarding at any time if the dog poses a risk to itself, other dogs, or humans.
Dogs from different households will only be boarded together with written consent from each owner.
Consent is also required for dogs to be exercised off-lead and to socialise with other dogs.
In the event of illness or injury, the Provider will seek veterinary advice/treatment from the Client’s nominated vet or an alternative if not available.
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Client before treatment.
Any veterinary fees incurred during the boarding period will be the Client’s responsibility unless caused by negligence.
